User Accounts

Refund Policy

Non-refundable after access
Challenge fees are non-refundable once a challenge account has been created, activated, or access has been granted.
Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support within 7 days for review.
Technical Issues
If a Bettor technical issue prevents access to a purchased challenge, we may provide a fix, replacement access, credit, or refund at our discretion.
User Error
Refunds are not provided for selecting the wrong challenge, changing your mind, failing the challenge, violating rules, or being unable to participate.

We collect only the data needed to operate accounts, payments, support, security, and platform services.
