1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bettor, purchasing a challenge, using the dashboard, submitting information, or requesting a payout, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If the client does not agree, the client must not use the platform.
2. Simulated Evaluation Accounts
Bettor accounts and challenge balances are simulated evaluation accounts. They are used to measure rule compliance, risk management, and performance inside the platform. Displayed account sizes, balances, markets, returns, profits, losses, and payout eligibility are not customer deposits, bank balances, securities accounts, gambling winnings, or guaranteed real-money balances unless separately confirmed and approved by Bettor in writing.
3. Eligibility and Local Law
The platform is intended only for users who are legally allowed to access this type of evaluation service in their jurisdiction. Clients are responsible for confirming that their use of the platform is permitted under local laws and regulations.
4. Evaluation Service
Bettor provides a sports betting evaluation and account assessment environment. Challenge results, account progression, funded status, rules, risk limits, and payout eligibility are determined by platform records and internal review.
5. No Financial, Betting, Gambling or Legal Advice
Nothing on this website is financial, betting, gambling, legal, tax, or investment advice. Clients make their own decisions and are responsible for their actions.
6. Risk Rules
Clients must follow all account rules, including maximum allocation, maximum loss, daily loss, maximum risk per bet, settlement limits, betting day requirements, and any additional platform requirements displayed in the dashboard.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- No fraud, manipulation, abuse, duplicate accounts, chargeback abuse, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass account rules.
- No use of bots, scripts, exploits, automated abuse, or misleading account information.
- No modification or attempted modification of platform data, balances, payout status, KYC status, or account status.
8. KYC and Verification
Funded accounts may require identity verification, KYC checks, age verification, address confirmation, payment verification, and fraud screening before payout eligibility. Bettor may request additional documents where necessary.
9. Payouts
Payout eligibility may require funded status, completed KYC, rule compliance, completion of the payout waiting period, valid payout details, and internal approval. Payout requests may be delayed, rejected, or reviewed if suspicious activity or rule violations are detected.
10. Account Suspension and Termination
Bettor may suspend, restrict, fail, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, provide false information, abuse the platform, breach risk limits, or create legal, compliance, or payment risk.
11. Payments, Fees and Refunds
Challenge fees and account fees are charged for access to the evaluation service. Fees, refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks are subject to the payment terms shown at checkout and any applicable platform policy.
12. Data and Privacy
Client information may be used to provide accounts, process verification, review payouts, prevent fraud, comply with law, and operate the platform. Sensitive production data should be stored on secure backend systems and not treated as client-controlled browser data.
13. Service Availability
Bettor may update, pause, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time. Market availability, settlement timing, account rules, and payout review times may vary.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bettor is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, platform interruptions, client mistakes, unauthorized client-side changes, or decisions made based on platform content.
15. Legal Review Notice
These terms are a general website draft and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before public launch, especially for the jurisdictions where the platform will operate.
